The Division of Dermatology and Dentistry (DDD) regulates Investigational New Drug Applications (INDs), New Drug Applications (NDAs), and Biologics Licensing Applications (BLAs) for drugs and biologics intended for the prevention and treatment of dermatology and dental conditions including:
- Acne
- Actinic keratosis
- Aesthetic indications (facial lines, subcutaneous fat, scarring, etc.)
- Atopic dermatitis
- Condyloma acuminate (genital warts)
- Dental caries
- Gingivitis
- Psoriasis
- Rosacea
- Superficial basal cell carcinoma
- Wound healing/ulcers
- Xerostomia (dry mouth)
