Ms. Gross has spent nearly 15 years working in the House of Representatives developing a deep understanding of the legislative process and cultivating bipartisan relationships with key leadership and committee staff.
Most recently she served as Deputy Staff Director of the House Rules Committee, which serves as the hub for all major legislation moving to the House floor. During her time at the Committee she managed the Committee’s operations and advised several Rules Committee Chairmen on legislative process, strategy, and policy. She also advised House leadership, committees, and Members on House rules, practices, and successful strategies for moving legislation.
Prior to her time at the Rules Committee, Ms. Gross spent four years at the House Judiciary Committee in a legislative operations and parliamentary role as well as four years with a former Member of Congress from Florida.
Ms. Gross received her degree in Political Science from the University of Central Florida in 2004.
