The Office of Communications, Evaluation, and Logistics (OCEL) supports the FDA's international objectives by providing leadership and expertise in cross-organizational communications, administrative program/mission support, strategic planning, and performance monitoring. OGDP is comprised of three teams:
OCEL staff is located in FDA Headquarters in Silver Spring, Maryland.
