Linda Fobbs is the Director of Management and Operations. Ms. Fobbs provides leadership and direction for internal controls, process improvement, and program management for the Office of Policy, Legislation, and International Affairs’ business operations and administrative services, which includes managing a nearly $80M budget and supporting approximately 240 employees.
Ms. Fobbs has more than fourteen years of diverse, high-level human capital management experience and is a subject matter expert in staffing and recruitment. During her career at the FDA, Ms. Fobbs has served as an active member of the FDA Human Resources Advisory Council as well as the Diversity and Inclusion Steering Committee influencing agency-level policies.
Previously, Ms. Fobbs served as the team lead and focal point for human capital management supporting various components in the Office of the Commissioner.
