The United States Food and Drug Administration is a consumer protection agency that is, among other things, responsible for regulating the safety of medical products in the United States. After our review, it appears that the websites listed below is offering to distribute in interstate commerce to United States consumers medical products that are intended to treat, prevent, cure, or mitigate COVID-19 infection in violation of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act found at Title 21, United States Code, Section 301 et seq. (the “FDCA”). Violations of the FDCA are subject to enforcement action, including but not limited to seizure, injunction, and criminal prosecution. See 21 U.S.C. §§ 332-334.

This is an abuse complaint submitted to you under Section 3.18.2 of the 2013 ICANN Registrar Accreditation Agreement regarding the use of domain names for illegal purposes.
