FDA and Stop Foodborne Illness to Co-Host Upcoming Food Safety Culture Webinar Series
Constituent Update
December 16, 2024
Today, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced a continuation of their webinar series exploring food safety culture. The FDA is again partnering with Stop Foodborne Illness, a non-profit public health organization, on this seven-part webinar series. Registration is now available for all seven webinars. The first webinar in the new series is scheduled for January 29, 2025.
Each hour-long webinar will feature industry experts who will address critical aspects of food safety culture, building from basic assumptions which underpin an organization’s food safety work to the messages and programs which support an organization’s food safety culture. Participants will walk away with actionable strategies to improve their company’s food safety culture, as well as approaches to address common misconceptions that can impact food safety behavior in day-to-day operations.
