Interdisciplinary Toxicology Program
FDA's National Center for Toxicological Research (NCTR) partners with the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) located in Little Rock as part of the UAMS Pharmacology and Toxicology Graduate Program. Graduate studies in the Department of Pharmacology/Toxicology are pursued through the Pharmacology, Toxicology and Experimental Therapeutics (PTET) Track of the Graduate Program in Interdisciplinary Biomedical Sciences.
Typically, students complete two years of course work at UAMS and then conduct approximately two years of dissertation research with an affiliated research institution such as NCTR.
