Reliable Rexall Sunset Pharmacy is writing this cover letter to request the agency to post our firm's response to the Warning Letter sent from the FDA. 
 
Our response reads:
 
Reliable Rexall was sold in July 2016 after the incident occurred.  The pharmacy and business assets have been sold to new owners Sean Weekes and Will Steel. Sam Ching is no longer involved in anyway in the new business.
 
Compounding at the pharmacy location has been suspended, where the new owners now offer a concierge service for people looking for a compliant pharmacy to compound for them at another location.
