ENGAGE@CDRH
CDRH focuses on maintaining a highly engaged workforce, promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, and developing its staff to meet the evolving needs of the organization. CDRH’s Engage@CDRH is a full-scale, comprehensive program designed to address four key areas: employee voice, inclusion, professional development, and wellness.
To accomplish our mission, CDRH started by evaluating the workplace. We conducted a climate assessment with the goal of identifying development opportunities and metrics to promote and sustain DEI&B. We used the results of that climate assessment to inform the actions we’ve taken and will continue to enhance the CDRH employee experience.
