The financial reports provided to Congress regarding the Over-the-Counter Monograph Drug User Fee program are provided below. A report on program activities, collections, and spending is submitted for each fiscal year.
On Oct. 1, 2024, the FDA began implementing a reorganization impacting many parts of the agency. We are in the process of updating FDA.gov content to reflect these changes.
