User Fee Annual Reports

The various user fee acts require the HHS Secretary to submit annual user fee reports for each fiscal year during which fees are collected.

CQA Annual Reports

The Compounding Quality Act created a new category of regulated entity, human drug compounding outsourcing facilities.  The CQA requires FDA to submit an annual report to Congress
