  • December 14, 2022: ESG was not available for Production Web Trader and AS2 users from December 14, 2022 12:00 AM ET until December 14, 2022 9:40 AM ET due to technical issues.

  • March 05, 2022: ESG Production was not available for Web Trader and AS2 users from March 05, 2022 1:15 PM ET until March 07, 2022 3:07 AM ET because of technical issues.

  • October 26, 2021: ESG Production was not available from October 26, 2022 9:45 PM ET to October 26, 2022 11:30 PM ET due to experienced technical issues.

  • May 28, 2021: ESG was not available for Production Web Trader and AS2 users on May 28, 2021 from 4:30 PM EDT until May 28, 2021 4:50 PM EDT due to technical issues.

  • November 2, 2020: ESG Production and Non-Production systems were not available due to a technical issue on November 2, 2020 12:50 PM EDT until November 2, 2020 4:05 PM EDT.

  • August 31, 2020: ESG was not available for Production Web Trader users on August 31, 2020 from 11:30 AM EDT until August 31, 2020 5:15 PM EDT due to technical issues.

  • August 7, 2020: ESG was not available in Production on August 7, 2020 from 9:31 PM EDT until August 8, 2020 12:50 AM EDT due to a technical issue.

  • May 27, 2020: ESG Production and Non-Production systems were not available due to a technical issue on May 27, 2020 10:04 PM EDT until May 28, 2020 1:01 AM EDT.

  • January 28, 2020: ESG was not available in Production on January 28, 2020 from 4:30 PM EST until January 28, 2020 5:30 PM EST due to technical issues.

  • December 3, 2019: ESG was not available in Production for WebTrader users on December 3, 2019 from 12:30 AM EST until December 3, 2019 2:30 AM EST due to technical issues.

  • November 29, 2019: ESG was not available in Production on November 29, 2019 from 3:15 AM EST until November 29, 2019 11:30 AM EST due to technical issues.

  • September 09, 2019: WebTrader functionality was not available on the FDA Gateway from September 7, 2019 11PM EST to September 9, 2019 10:45AM EST due to technical issues.

  • August 27, 2019: ESG was not available in Production on August 27, 2019 from 8:53 PM EST until August 27, 2019 10:30 PM EST due to technical issues.

  • June 25, 2019: WebTrader and AS2 functionality was not available on June 25, 2019 from 6:12 PM EST until June 25, 2019 11:53 PM due to technical issues.

  • November 27, 2018: WebTrader functionality was not available on the FDA Gateway in Production on November 27, 2018 from 11 PM EST until November 28, 2018 9 AM EST due to technical issues.

  • June 4, 2017: AS2 functionality was not available on the FDA Gateway in Production on June 4, 2017 11:13 PM EST until June 5, 2017 10:20 AM EST due to technical problems.

  • May 22, 2017: WebTrader and AS2 functionality were not available on the FDA Gateway in Production on May 22, 2017 from 11:50 AM EDT until 12:00 PM EDT due to network problems.

  • May 18, 2017: WebTrader functionality was not available on the FDA Gateway in Production from May 18, 2017 at 9:07 PM EDT until May 19, 2017 at 4:40 PM EDT due to technical problems.

  • February 28, 2017: WebTrader users that were trying to login from 12:00 PM EDT to 12:15 PM EDT were unable to do so. Users that were already logged in, did not experience any issues.

  • February 13, 2017: WebTrader functionality was not available on the FDA Gateway in Production from 12:00 PM EDT to 12:25 PM EDT due to technical problems resolved by a system restart.

  • September 30, 2016: AS2 functionality was not available on the FDA Gateway in Production from 4:10 PM EDT to 4:35 PM EDT due to technical problems.

  • August 31, 2016: AS2 functionality was not available on the FDA Gateway in Production from 6:00 PM EDT to 6:25 PM EDT due to technical problems.

  • June 24, 2016: WebTrader and AS2 functionality were not available on the FDA Gateway in Production from 2:32 PM EDT to 9:32 PM EDT due to technical problems.
