Outreach and Professional Development Activities
ORES supports communication, education, and collaboration with internal and external audiences to advance innovation.
As a primary hub for regulatory science programs, preparedness research, and emerging technology, the Office of Regulatory and Emerging Science (ORES) facilitates communication across the agency, supports professional development, and fosters collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
By seeking input, defining priorities, and engaging with diverse partners including scientific institutions, academia, and industry, ORES ensures that the FDA remains well-equipped to address regulatory challenges posed by new science and technology developments, to advance public health initiatives, and to strengthen its scientific capabilities.
