The FDA's patient community webform:

Co-developed by the Public Engagement Staff and the medical product centers to route inquiries to the appropriate medical product Center or Office
Encourages patients, caregivers, patient groups, patient advocates, and health care professionals to ask a question or request a meeting
Supports requests for all the FDA medical product Centers (biologics, drugs, and devices)
Makes sure that inquiries and requests are received and responded to in an effective and efficient manner
