This guidance describes FDA’s enforcement policy for the final rule, “Tobacco Products; Required Warnings for Cigarette Packages and Advertisements,” which established new required cigarette health warnings for cigarette packages and advertisements.  The guidance is intended to assist entities required to comply with the rule.
