Doing Business with FDA

The Office of Acquisitions and Grants Services (OAGS) is the single organization within the FDA that holds the authority for awarding contracts and grants. Our goal is to be an acquisition center of excellence by fostering strategic collaboration with our internal and external partners while empowering our workforce to achieve results that protect and promote the health of all Americans while maintain the public trust. Below provides additional information about us and resources to include links to Contract Opportunities within the FDA, information for Small Businesses, Grants and Cooperative Agreements, and vendor payment.
