Planning and Evaluation Team

The Planning and Evaluation Team (PET) leads and supports strategic planning and performance measurement efforts across the Office of Global Policy and Strategy (OGPS). PET strengthens OGPS’ capacity to systematically plan, track and measure program results, and ensure alignment with agency priorities. In addition, PET conducts measurements and analyses to strengthen risk-based decision-making, and effectively demonstrates change and impact over time using data and analytics.

  • Leads strategic planning,
    priority-setting, and metrics
    development and
    implementation for FDA
    international programs and
    the overseas offices, ensuring
    alignment with FDA priorities
    and resource allocations.
Strategic Planning and implimentation
  • Serves as the OGPS resource
    for quantitative and
    qualitative research and
    analysis on emerging issues.
  • Supports the communications
    team in reporting and
    engagement activities.
Data Management and Analysis
  • Engages with OGPS offices
    and FDA centers on planning,
    monitoring and evaluation
    activities in support of OGPS
    goals.
