Trypticase peptone (tryptone) | 17 g |
Phytone peptone (soytone) | 3 g |
NaCl | 15 g |
K2HPO4 | 2.5 g |
Glycerol | 240 ml |
Distilled water | 760 ml |
Suspend ingredients in distilled water and heat to dissolve. Dispense into bottles or vials. Autoclave 15 min at 121°C. Final pH, 7.3 ± 0.2.
