CFSAN Laboratory Quality Assurance Manual

The CFSAN Laboratory Quality Assurance Manual (LQM), 4th Edition (2019) provides CFSAN staff with fundamental information needed to implement basic quality concepts, principles, and practices designed to ensure high quality research and services. It also defines a set coordinated activities, called quality system elements (QSEs), that collectively provide a framework for maintaining a Quality Management System in the laboratories. The target audience for this manual includes: CFSAN managers, scientific personnel, and quality representatives.
