Tryptone 10 g
Yeast extract 1 g
MgCl2·6H2O 60 g
NaCl 5 g
Potassium chlorate 1 g
Malachite green, 0.2% 5 ml
Distilled water 1 liter

Adjust to pH 7.6 ± 0.2 and autoclave at 121°C for 15 min.

Add the following:

Ticarcillin (1 mg/ml) 1 ml
Irgasan DP300 (1 mg/ml) 1 ml
