January 2001

HRP color development reagent 60 mg
Ice cold methanol 20 ml

Mix to dissolve. Protect from light and prepare fresh.

Solution B

Ice cold hydrogen peroxide, 30% 60 ml
Tris-buffered saline 100 ml

Prepare fresh before use. Mix ice cold solution A with room temperature solution B. Use immediately.
